After completing your registration and uploading all necessary documents, please note that it may take up to 14 business days for edxaPay to verify your account and for the bank to approve it. If all document and KYC is complete, usually you can get an approval within 5 days.

In the meantime, you can start login to edxaPay with some restrictions until your account is fully approved.
